999r Terms and Conditions – Full Rules for Pakistan Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings. Understanding them will help you follow the rest of this document without confusion.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 999r. They apply to all players accessing the 999r platform from any device, including mobile phones, tablets, and computers. They apply whether you are accessing 999r through a web browser or through the 999r mobile application.

These terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

999r reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify players of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of 999r after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use 999r's services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. Each player may hold only one active account on 999r. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including a valid mobile number and a secure password. You agree to keep this information current and to update your account details promptly if anything changes.

999r may request identity verification documents at any point, particularly before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request. Failure to provide requested documents may result in a hold on your account until verification is completed.

To create and maintain a 999r account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 999r operates a strict no-underage-gambling policy. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and all funds returned or voided depending on the circumstances of the breach.
• You are registering and playing in your own name and on your own behalf. You may not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 999r or any voluntary self-exclusion scheme that covers online gaming.
• You have not previously had a 999r account closed for breach of these terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under any form of coercion or impairment.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 999r login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time PINs with anyone else. 999r will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

Any activity carried out using your 999r login credentials is your responsibility, whether you authorised it or not. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 999r support immediately via live chat so your account can be secured.

We recommend using a unique, strong password for your 999r account that you do not use on any other platform. Do not access your 999r account on shared or public devices. Log out of your account after every session, particularly on mobile devices that others may have access to.

All financial transactions on 999r are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions and no foreign exchange fees. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT Bank Transfer (inter-bank funds transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard (bank-issued debit or credit cards)

Deposits are credited to your 999r balance as soon as the transfer is confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by 999r within the timeframes published in our payments FAQ. 999r does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals on the platform side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method held in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a method belonging to a third party. 999r reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

In line with anti-money laundering obligations, 999r may require identity verification before any withdrawal is processed, particularly for large withdrawals or where patterns of play indicate a need for enhanced due diligence. 999r aims to complete such verification checks as quickly as possible to minimise delays to legitimate withdrawals.

999r offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general and specific terms set out here and, where applicable, in the individual promotion details on the Promotions page.

Welcome Bonus: New players who activate the welcome promotion receive a 100% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000 in bonus funds. The bonus is activated in the player's 999r account wallet upon making a qualifying deposit of at least Rs 500.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a 10× wagering requirement. This means a player who receives Rs 5,000 in bonus funds must place a total of Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Qualifying bets are those placed at minimum odds of 1.50 on sports betting or on eligible live casino games. Virtual sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above also qualify.

• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after credit if the wagering requirement is not met within that period.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that result in a void outcome do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• 999r reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the 999r promotions page and via player notifications.
• Bonuses obtained through abuse of promotions, collusion, or any fraudulent means will be voided and the account may be suspended.

The following general rules apply to all bets and game rounds placed at 999r. Specific rules for individual game types, sports markets, and virtual sports are published within the relevant sections of the 999r platform and should be read before placing bets on those products.

• A bet is confirmed when the player clicks to confirm and receives a bet reference number. Unconfirmed bets are not valid.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the 999r system, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the player unless a Cash Out option is available and exercised before settlement.
• The minimum bet across most 999r markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip at time of placement.
• 999r reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at obviously incorrect odds caused by a technical error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's balance in full.
• Bets placed after an event has started (live/in-play bets) are placed on the understanding that results may already be determined at the time of placement, particularly in virtual sports where rounds run on fixed schedules.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a settlement decision, players may contact 999r support within 30 days of the settlement date. 999r's determination of disputes is final.
• Winnings are credited to your 999r balance immediately upon settlement. There is no delay between result confirmation and balance update.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999r and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated betting scripts or bots, or exploit known mathematical errors in odds to generate guaranteed profit.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms, or using any method designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Money Laundering: Using 999r to process, conceal, or legitimise the proceeds of criminal activity. 999r is required by law to report suspicious financial activity and will do so without prior notice to the player.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider for funds that have been wagered on 999r. Players who raise illegitimate chargebacks will have their accounts permanently suspended.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access your 999r account, place bets on your behalf, or manage your account in any way.
• Underage Gambling: Any attempt to circumvent age verification measures or to allow a person under 18 to access your 999r account.

The following tools are available to all 999r players at no charge, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR you can deposit into your 999r account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for your playing sessions. You will be logged out automatically when your time limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gambling for a period of your choosing – from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains active but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from 999r. A minimum self-exclusion of 6 months is available, with permanent exclusion also offered. 999r will make every effort to enforce self-exclusion across our platform.

All content on the 999r platform – including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, interface design, promotional materials, and data – is the intellectual property of 999r or its licensed suppliers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 999r platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the 999r platform or its content.

The 999r name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of 999r. You may not use these marks in any way without prior written consent from 999r.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999r's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the total amount of real money deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999r is not liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from any technical failure, server outage, or interruption in service, provided 999r takes reasonable steps to restore service and communicates the issue to affected players.
• Any loss arising from a player's breach of these terms, including account suspension resulting from prohibited conduct.
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses caused by unauthorised access using the player's own credentials.

999r may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they significantly affect your rights, obligations, or the way your account or funds are handled – we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes come into effect. Notice will be given by email to your registered address and/or by an in-platform notification displayed at login.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policies, or additions of new product sections that do not alter existing player obligations, may be made without prior notice and will take effect on the date of publication.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 999r's operating jurisdiction. By using the 999r platform, you acknowledge and agree that any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be handled in accordance with 999r's formal dispute resolution process before any other legal avenue is pursued.

Include your account username, a clear description of the issue, the relevant dates and amounts, and any supporting documentation. 999r will acknowledge formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 working days.

999r's dispute resolution decisions are final unless a player can demonstrate that the decision was made in clear violation of these published terms.
